All Sales Are Final: All purchases made through KaylaRoseKreations are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless you receive damaged goods or an incorrect size/item. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery via email at shop@kaylarosekreations.com. Provide your order number and name for prompt assistance. Upon notification of an issue, we will strive to provide you with a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

Address Errors: Items returned to sender due to customer address errors will be recharged the shipping rate. Please double-check your cart and shipping information before placing an order. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.

Sizing Information: Please refer to the size chart provided for accurate sizing information. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. If unsure about fit or fabric, size up or contact us for assistance before ordering.

Cancellation and Changes: We do not offer cancellations or changes to orders as they go directly into shipment.

Processing Time and Shipping: Orders are processed within a 12-business day time frame. Once shipped, your order is out of our control. For shipping-related inquiries or delays, please contact USPS or UPS directly.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping provider to address these issues.
